Last minute and only March 21

Getting extra ordinary amount of calls and drop offs today.. I do not like drop offs though.  Too much with open items and questions.. only doing in person tax prep with a limited amount of remote for out of the area taxpayers.

    It's turned to 25% meetings, 75% portal and drop-offs.  Not what I wanted and it sucks.  That's why my pile of unstarted now numbers in the billions.

      portal is even worse than drop offs.. people send over jpegs, they print out giant size sometime, sometimes blurry, they send doubles or not all the documents even needed.. the return prep is half the time managing the documents vs preparing the return which i can do with in person meetings with hard copies provided by the clients so much better
