All of you have been great in identifying program problems and potential work arounds. I spend the first part of my day reviewing the posts to see what has been going wrong and what some of the fixes are that seem to work. The community definitely speeds up the process of finding answers and not having to stay on hold on the phone. A toast to all of you willing to share what works with the rest of us!!
