Is there an Election to use prior year's Earned Income for 2021 returns?

I just want to make sure I'm not missing anything.  Is there an election to use a prior year's Earned Income on your 2021 tax return?

You can use 2019 earned income on the 2021 return for EITC lookback, you cant use 2020 though.

I thought the lookback was on the EITC worksheet somewhere last year, Im guessing its in a similar spot again.
