Is there a way to transfer a cloud-base TurboTax file to ProSeries?

In the past years, we have been receiving a lot of issues trying to transfer TurboTax .tax files to our ProSeries, Files have already been verified that it was not password protected, and have also been renamed as well, but no method worked.
Today, we just found out that it's because the original .tax files were obtained by downloading from the cloud-base TurboTax site, while on the phone with a technical support member.
Is there away to make the cloud-base files compatible and transfer them to ProSeries?
