Question

Is there a way to send an additional amount due for a 1120 extended return. The original estimate of amount due was understated and more needs to be paid in ASAP

Yes. Make a payment through the electronic payment system (EFTPS?) or online at irs.gov

    You can go on EFTPS and make a corporate tax payment there... You have to register first and set up registration / password / payment information... Sometimes it is a little slow and sometimes it is hard logging in... Just my opinion
