Is the Philadelphia SIT return e-filed simultaneously along with the PA return?

Prepared PA to be e-filed.   Will that automatically file the Philadelphia SIT return as well or must it be mailed in?

    Local earned income tax returns are mailed in Pennsylvania... Just my opinion..
