Question

Is purchase of outlook required now? I've never had to use outlook!

I am unable to email out of any year proseries software....when did this go into effect? Wish I'd known...or is this not true. I have never had to purchase outlook before...will this fix the 'email error'?

    Hi @Ginger59 We'd like some more information if you or anyone else can reply below. 
    Can you describe the error you're seeing? Is there a code or a pop-up? 
    Screenshots are helpful too. Thanks! 
    Let us know if you found a workaround, too.

    I did buy Outlook and it works...BUT I need help with getting the correct email account to show as 'sender' to my clients....Per that link...there is a way to do so...with proseries help!  Still need this fix
