Not thru ProSeries but you can  @ https://treas-secure.state.mi.us/PayIncomeTax/PayIncomeTax.htm

Choose the Make an eCheck ePayment -  after entering taxpayer info you will have a drop down menu on next screen for choosing what type of payment you are making.
