Is anyone else having issues with the year 2020 not printing on Form 8879s going through docu-sign?

For whatever reasons, for those Form 8879s generated and sent to clients for e-signature, the year "2020" is not showing up/printing in the upper right hand corner.

The form has been changed. The date can be found in Part I -  Enter the tax year you are authorizing ____

I have the right year on the 8879.  It prints with "2020" in the upper right hand corner if just printing.  If the 8879 is sent through docu-sign, the "2020" is stripped off.

it shows on the screen, it doesnt print out on the form though.
