IS ANYONE ELSE HAVING ISSUES WITH THE AUTO CALCULATOR NOT TURNING ON WHEN YOU GO INTO A FILE?

When I open a file that has already been worked on, the automatic calculator is turned off.  Then it will not automatically calculate the return unless I push the F9 button!

Its an update glitch....switch over to the state, then back to federal...does it work now?
