Incorrect Child Tax Credit (8812, Line 5

Hi All, 

The child is US citizen , 4 year old. I expect the child tax credit to be $3600.  However Proseries shows $2000 on line 5, form 8812. 

The proseries software is upto date.  Has anyone found a solution for this ?

The tax credit is limited if over $75,000 for singles and $150,000 for married jointly.  The deduction becomes only $2,000 after reaching those limits.
