In QBIC calculation linking C and E, the E link goes to the C business activity. Is that OK?

I know my abc's but I'm a little cloudy on E since I haven't really looked at that yet. But it's December 6th and I'm pretty sure what you are looking at still isn't the final flow that you will be seeing by April 15th.
