Im hearing impaired and need an email contact for help, again.

2019, I found Sprint IP Relay service - I text, they talk for me, text for you. I did "call" and was asked to email the sales person instead. I did and no confirmation/response. Relay is slow - so people that insist on phone calls and not emails, do not like this either. Conversations are nicer tho ;)

Wonder how many deaf peeps work for intuit?

I live in Fremont, CA and the California School for the Deaf moved here in 1980. My wife was an interpreter and worked establishing an ASL class at the local Jr College. I was a lifegaurd (inside joke) in 1962-3 at the Berkeley CSD founded in 1860. I never knew until then how loud deaf children could be. I thought all of them were drowning. Best wishes to you. I hope you get a good resolution.
