Illinois--unable to input teacher expenses on Schedule 1299-I

Anyone having issues with the inability to input teacher expenses on this schedule?  I scroll down over half the page and the screen (form) goes blank.

Yes, I am having this problem.  Have you found a resolution?

You have to change the display resolution to 2048x1152.   Apparently the form is so long that you cannot view it in the recommended resolution.  I changed it to get the form to print and then changed it back.
