If I run final review, I receive an error message that phone number must be added. when added another message says that field should be blank. Is there a fix for this?

I saw another post with a similar experience for the 3rd party designee phone number....something unintended must have sneaked in with an update late Friday. I updated Friday morning and didn't have any issues yesterday. I gave myself the day off today...so guess I wont be updating for awhile.
