If filing a Form 763 non resident Virginia return, where do you subtract the non resident income?

You don't. Page 2 (I think) has 2 columns - one for all income and one for VA income. VA tax is computed as VA income to total income times tax computed as if a VA resident.

The more I know the more I don’t know.
