Idaho Corporate "Water's Edge" Election

I need to file an Idaho Form 14 Water's Edge Election with the initial corporate return. It doesn't appear that Proseries offers the form. Is the solution to complete the form in a pdf format and attach it to the return or is it hiding somewhere?

If it is not under all forms then it probably is not available... In my opinion Pro Series places more emphasis on the federal than on the states.... check with other cpas to see if your state sometimes does or does not look at the PDF files... Heard from a colleague that uses another software that state did not look at PDF files and sent Letters Out requesting that information...
