Question

I need to file Form 8858 with a partnership return, form 1065. The form does not come up in the 2021 software. Does Pro Series make this form available?

Not in the forms list…. Complete and save the form as a pdf then attach it to the efile. Put a note in additional information that the form is attached

If at first you don’t succeed…..find a workaround

Thanks. Yes, I did not find in forms list. However, it is a question on the 1065 itself. Pro Series did not generate a diagnostic regarding efile with pdf attachment of the form- surprising. Now it will be submitted manually. Form issued in 2021. I ended up calling pro series and they confirmed. Hoping it becomes available for 2022.
