Question
I just purchased ProSeries Basic 2021 and I am totally new to this product. I did the download, and when I opened the software, a box comes up saying: If you already purchased ProSeries, enter your info. below to license. My Customer Acct. No. and z
code are pre-printed below. The License option is highlighted, so I click on License. Then the message responds: "ProSeries failed to license. You may have installed the wrong edition of ProSeries." This makes no sense as I did not make a choice of what get downloaded. I do not yet have EFIN credentials. Is the lack of EFIN credentials causing this problem?
