Question

I have ProSeries software loaded all the way back to 2012 but some years returns will not print, but the PDFs do?

I have tried to printout Pro Series 2018 and 2019 tax returns, usng the same printer and print drivers as 2020 and 2021 (which print just fine) - both 2018 and 2019 show using the same print drivers as do 2020 and 2021? What would cause this?

There's been lots of oddball printing issues since 2018. (I know with 2018, anytime I update the software I have to reboot the computer or it wont print to my printer, no clue why)

If you can get them to print to pdf then print the pdf, Id cut my losses trying to figure out why, and just roll with it.

    Check print options.  Make sure the same printer data used last year is present in this year's program.  Sometimes there can be other drivers on you computer for the same machine.
