Question

I have an individual farm return with Earned Income Credit calculated, and the program says I cannot e-file it - why? The IRS recommends e-filing to get your refund faster.

It must give a reason/diagnostic saying why it can't be efiled. Tell us what it says.

    It is a farm partner with a loss return, with Optional SE elected. The program says that in a 2020 return, it cannot e-file because the income is unverified? But don't worry, you can still print a paper return and mail it in. - I have done Optional SE in the past, and never had any issues??
