I have an accepted return that the irs says they didn't receive

How long ago accepted ?   Actual Agent at IRS or the Where's My Refund portal ?

If you scroll back through posts you will find others with same/similar issue.  

It's a messed up year.

    Same here..

    State was Accepted but Federal "Where's my Refund" isn't showing up as received.

    E-filed April 5th and accepted by IRS April 5th.

    Are we having fun yet?

    Generally means its been pulled into manual processing, so its not in the system yet.
