Question

I have a S-Corp which has GA withholding tax of ~$25K. Can I claim withholding either as a refund on the 600S (no tax liability) or distribute it to shareholders?

I've registered the corp with GA dept of Revenue and filed a G1003 as well as a G2-FL. I'm a bit loss as to where to go from here.

Are you saying someone withheld GA tax on amounts paid to the S Corp?

The more I know the more I don’t know.

Yes, taxes were withheld on the s-corporate level.
