I have a Michigan 1041 that has been rejected. The error message says "The return contains a form(s) your software provider has not received approval to submit."

Does it tell you which form? Does it make mention of that issue when you run hit the Review button and run through all the screens?

Thank you for your response. It does not specify a specific form. The description states "Invalid Form". No flags pop up when I run a review of the return. All the forms are released for e-filing according to the software.
