Question

I have a customer that quit claimed a rental property to his parents, how do i get rid of it on his return since is not his propety no more. and it was not a sale.

call up Schedule E worksheet.. click on Forms, Remove Schedule E worksheet, Remove Listed Forms.. that should delete corresponding assets as well

    Was it mortgaged?  Was the loan more than the fair market value?
