Question

I have a 2018 1040 I release it rejected but it took my state for the same person. it state RETURN READY TO TRANSMIT, BUT IT REJECT

Have you updated the 2018 program recently?   If not that could be the cause of your rejection.  Do the Refresh Update option, select for efiling again and resubmit.   It'll be okay that it took the state before the federal.
