Question

I have 2 clients that owe balances to the state of GA. Pro Series will not allow me to set up a payment for the balance. It insists on clicking the box for Direct Deposit on the info worksheet. I would appreciate some assistance with this. T

Not answering your question but I would NEVER pay my client's tax balances.  Don't want the responsibility if the software fails.  Every state has easy online payment.  Even the IRS' is a breeze.  Make your clients take responsibility for their own taxes.  We prepare, they pay.

You cant check the NO box for direct deposit on the GA info worksheet?
