I downloaded a 2013 tax program on Friday 4/16/2021 but I cannot download a 2017 3 days later. What gives
Why can't I download 2017. I downloaded a 2013 on 16 April 2021 but cannot download a 2017 on Monday 19 April 2021. What gives. I was told on the phone that ProSeries does not support anything older than 2018. Why did I pay for this? I have been with ProSeries since 1994, I have the programs to prove it. Maybe it is time for a change?
