Is it in your Windows Programs menu?

Yes, it is in my program menu. I tried to open from the program menu or icon on the desktop. It open for about 25 seconds, then program dis-appeared.

Please help.

The last time I downloaded on 08/11/2021. I un-install, and re-install again, still got same issue.

I also try to turn-off windows security, still didn't work.
