I cannot run all of the Review Diagnostics on a Self-Prepared return.

I cannot run the Diagnostics, List of Notes, List of Overrides or Unsupported Calculations on a self prepared return.

I can run all the Review Diagnostics on Paid Preparer and Non-Paid Preparer returns.

Has anyone else run into this issue and do you have a solution?

Add yourself as the paid preparer, clear the diags, then take yourself off?

Altho, like Lisa, I put myself as a "Paid Preparer" even on the returns I do pro-bono.

I sign all returns as a Paid Preparer, even my own and those I don't get paid for, so I've never ran across this issue.
