I can print reports and all other documents in Proseries (basic), but I cannot print a check or a test check. I'm not certain if it is a printer, proseries or SBTP issue.

I recently purchased the printer HP Inkjet 9020. Prior to this I was able to print checks. However, I am not now able to do so. I can print everything is Proseries but checks and test checks. Is it the printer, proseries or the bank product?

The odds are that there was windows update that requires an update to your printer driver.

Click Basic Drivers (2) and select the 2nd one - I see it was update 10/22/2019
