I can not get 18 to efile

Does it tell you to update, but no updates are available?

They issued a yellow banner alert about that several days ago, and explained how to fix it.....if you missed it you can read it again by clicking Information on the top menu bar, then choose View Alerts.

    Read that, updated more than once, closed it, restarted, updated again, still will not efile an 18 

    return, was just wondering if anyone else had the problem, guess I'll call them

    As the article stated, you have to REFRESH updates, not just update.  Use one of these 2 methods
