I am unable to efile my 2017 returns, its giving me Fast Path Required message and telling me to renew my 2018 which i already have. How can i fix this?
i am unable to efile my 2017 returns, its giving me Fast Path Required message and telling me to renew my 2018 which i already have. How can i fix this? the pop up is telling me to verify my proseries software renewal and leads me to my account but i can't figure out what i need to verify. Please help
