I am trying to download the ProSeries Professional 2018 and keep getting held up with ProSeries Update being open, but it's not and I can't proceed, any suggestions?

I am trying to upload Proseries Professional 2018 and keep getting a message of Initial Application Running - ProSeries Update and I can't move forward, any suggestions?

Hit CTRL + ALT +DEL once and open Windows Task Manager, close anything running that's related to ProSeries.

I think those that use automatic updates with the software will constantly have something "running" and it needs to be closed.
