I am no longer getting an error message when including form 7202 to attach it. Can it be efiled with return now? should I still attach it?

I am no longer getting an error message when including form 7202 to attach it. Can it be efiled with return now? should I still attach it? I can't find anywhere that form 7202 can be efiled with return or it's now supported by ProSeries to be efiled.

Its no longer in the list of attachment descriptions either...so it seems like we dont need to attach, but I havent seen any announcement or explanation about it.
