How to you get the client letter to print with the organizer?

I'd like to print each client's letter with their organizer. In 2020 this was very easy to do, but for 2021 this option appears to have

Open a client in the organizer homebase.

Select Tools and then select "Letters", then "Print with return setup"

Click Global Print Options

Then select "Control Which Letters Print" and make your selections Standard Client Letter or Custom Client Specific Letters"

That's how it worked for me.
