How to report a tax calculation error in the software

SC dependent care credit for one child is limited to a $210 cap, however the software is incorrectly limiting it only for two or more children, regardless. SC allows a 7% credit of paid expenses, but it is limited to $210 for one child or $420 for two or more.  The software is allowing more than $210 for one child if the paid expenses exceed $3,000.  How or who do you report this to?

Generally, you would need to call Support, and spent at least an hour with that.  At least an hour; be prepared for longer.

In the event they acknowledge the state error, standard turn-around time is 2.5-3 weeks to fix an error. Unfortunately, state errors often take much longer to fix, or are never fixed.
