How to get rid of the error when pdfing a state to another state as required?

Filing SC and I need to attach a pdf of NYS to it.. which i am trying to do... so i scanned their nys and put it on a smart media..(usb)  and attached it.. the error won't disappear even though it shows it's attached.

In the attach pdf pop up box, be sure that the "Type" column has the correct item from the drop-down chosen. The error message should indicate what needs to be chosen.

    having it on a USB drive may be an issue...Id move it to a folder on the HD then attach, and as already mentioned you need to have the attachment type as OS (other state) for it to recognize that its the right attachment.
