How to fix Recovery Rebate Credit glitch? Intuit showing amounts different than efiled
I e-filed 2 returns with Recovery Rebate credits that were accepted by the IRS. However, Proseries notice says that the amounts calculated in the return have changed since the return was efiled.and accepted on 3/12/2021. Customer service said that there was a glitch in proseries and it would be fixed in a few days.
The notice is still displaying and saying I may need an amended return.
What is the status of fixing the glitch on the recovery rebate where the taxpayers income decreeased in 2020 and they are entitled to the credit?
