how to check if I requested for an extension and/or file the original return?

I intended to request an extension for a partnership return in early March.

Under Homebase view, extension shows "YES" but the client status show "EF Accepted" instead of Extension Accepted.  Did I filed the original return with Extension or just extension request?

Thank you for your advice.

Generally youd have too many errors left on an actual return to Efile it if all you were trying to file was the extension, but if you highlight the file in the EFcenter and hit F12, the Efile Report window should have something in there that shows exactly what was filed/accepted
