How or where is the Supplemental Information Smart Worksheet
I am trying to report on shareholders K-1 under other information for what the corporation paid for their
health insurance. There used to be a Supplemental Information Smart Worksheet and I cannot find it or
where to I report this. I want to show it on their K-1 on the 1120S
