HOW DO YOU GET NOTE TO APPEAR ON TOP OF 1ST PAGE OF TAX RETURN (SPECIFICALLY FORM 1120S)

Are you sure that needs to be on the top of the 1120S?

Fill in the dates of the short year.

Make the 338(h)(10) election. I think it's a separate form but I can't remember.

The more I know the more I don’t know.

    You need to fill out form 8023 and attach as a PDF, as pro Series does not have form. For the short year just fill in dates and check box short year on information sheet. You cannot put notes on top of form 1120S in pro series unless you want to mail in. I am not sure why you would need a note
