Question

How do you file a return in Pro Series just to get the stimulus payment? Other tax programs have added the option in their programs.

You don't use ProSeries to file a return with zero income on it, it wont be able to be Efiled.   

IRS created the Non Filer site just for this function.

    ProSeries is not like other tax programs. 

    IRS uses one of the "other" tax programs to produce this https://www.irs.gov/coronavirus/non-filers-enter-payment-info-here
