How do you enter the Payer's TIN for 1099-NEC when they've XXXX'd it out except for last 4 digits?
I have a client with a 1099-NEC where the Payer X'd out their TIN# with except of the last 4 digits. I have called them, emailed them and requested this information and they will not 'release' their EIN number to me. What can I do in ProConnect to record this 1099-NEC without a valid EIN# for the Payer?
