How do I update a Client's Corporation Name change on tax return so that it will efile with the correct registered name.

Change the name on the Information Worksheet.

     You have to have the name change box checked, too, for it to efile.

    I don't use ProSeries so I don't know where that is.

    The more I know the more I don’t know.

      Yep, I forgot about the check box like @sjrcpa says.     For 1120 return it's on page one Item E,3.  For 1120S return it's on page one item H,2.
