How do I turn off the eSignature popup when I go to the EF Center HomeBase?

Every time I leave the Form 1040 Individual HomeBase view and select the EF center I get the eSignature popup screen.  I do not use eSignature and I don't want this popping up all the time, it's very annoying.  Is there a way to turn this off?

At this point I dont think we can.   Every once in awhile I get a popup window that asks if I want to close it permanently and I choose yes, its gone for awhile, then it comes back.....I think each update triggers it again..

    Thank you Lisa for your reply, I heard from some of my fellow users that it's supposed to give an option to close after it shows up 10 times, I have not seen that happen and I'm way past 10 times.  Others have said they don't get it at all, this just doesn't make any sense.  So frustrating!!
