How do I report a programming error for Hawaii Form N-30 and related Form Schedule D-1?
The MM and DD in date fields are reversed when printing out hard-copies of these forms.
Form N-30, page 1 - Date Business Began in Hawaii
Schedule D-1 - Date acquired an date sold
Dates print out properly on Federal equivalent returns. Dates appear correct when viewing on screen.
