Question

How do I print an article in the community database? I click on the PRINT option, but it produces nothing.

In previous years, there was a PRINT button and the article printed. I can't do it in 2019.

You didnt give a link to what you want to print so I cant test any methods for you, but I guess you could highlight the text, the COPY and PASTE into a word processing program and print.

    Thanks for your reply.

    Of course you can do that. But, there was a way previously to send an article to your print queue by clicking a button within the article. It would format it nicely and print it. I've done it lots of  times, but not on the 2019 version of ProSeries.
