How do I prevent Proseries from shutting down once we open quickbooks desktop.
Whenever one of our users opens Quickbooks, if Proseries is already open, Proseries will shut down.

Sounds like there are some issues with ProSeries shutting down for various reasons, but I don't recall seeing that one yet. The only answer I have at this time is a stupid answer - try not to open ProSeries if QuickBooks is already open unless you really need to . But my question for you is, if you change the order as to which one is open first, do you have the same issue?
