How do I prepare a 1040 - NR with either ProSeries Professional or Pro Series Basic?

I need to prepare a 1040 - NR and can not find the correct form. I have both Pro Series Professional and Basic.

Im not sure if Basic has it, in Professional you have to install it as a separate module

Updates > Select and Download New Products 1040NR in the bottom left hand corner.
